Although I was just a kid when this song came out, I can still remember when I heard it for the first time. My cousin who was living in Ohio came down to Alabama to visit her grandparents for the summer, and played this song along with "You and I" by Rick James. After hearing these musicians for the first time in my life, I thought that I had died and entered into heaven!

At the end when he says " ... I WANT TO TAKE YOU HIGHER ..." I absolutely LOSE IT. Terrific Song !! (too bad it got cut at the end)
