The album was "15 Big Ones"- 15 songs and celebrating 15 years as a band.

Now if only Almost summer had been recorded by the Beach Boys, they could have made a great summer album...

It would have been a bigger hit if it was promoted more aggressively and more importantly if it was released at the beginning of the summer, not at the end of August. Bad marketing.

This is a great Beach boy song! It should have been a Top Ten song.
