well views have definitely gone up a lot in 6 months haha

This Hosanna is wonderful. It is rollicking, almost jazzy. And the contrast with the gentle, achingly beautiful Pie Jesu sung by Sarah Brightman shortly to follow is striking and moving.

First of all: I wonder how the singers felt about just repeating one melody over and over and over again for this entire section.Second: I feel bad for any singer, let alone Placido Domingo, who has to keep shouting the top note because Lloyd Webber just keeps putting that unnaturally high note in there.Third: ...Why does part of this remind me of THE LION KING?And fourth:...Drum machine?

When I was in 10th grade, my choir teacher tried to get us to sing this it was a total F A I L. It was so difficult so I give these kids props lol

Am I the only one that hears the song jellicle cats in this?
