I know what I’m saying and am in full awareness of the reach of my words when I say:This is probably one of the most beautiful and yet experimental and progressive pieces of sonic waves ever crafted. It is Ambient and chill out and at the same time it has a jazzy feeling . The usage of old technology is a blessing , this has so much more depth than everything else yello created when the went digital. One of the most beautiful moments is when the old ARP synths come in for some bars- the same Fusion and Prog used extensively. The playful samples, all very likely recorded on their own on Journeys in a time before huge accessible sound Banks are used like jazz solos while the big string pads and the rhythm do their lounge part( very likely all hand played - the usage of real drums due to lack of rhythm computers on the first two yello albums is so so cool and important !) ..
