Stunning, just so good, been played just now on Late date, I knew who it was but in confusion thought it so good that my mind chose Squeeze before realising but not remembering the bands name, 32 years ago this was giving us youngsters real hope in a hopeless dying country and here we are, full circle and some great musical experiences drumming their way out of our great(artistically) capital!!

saw this band live in the junior common room in trinity college dublin in 1981 lunchtime gig it was a welcome 30 min at the time......LEGEND

We went to see the Blades AT every gig they played in Dublin in 1984 I was 18 , they were my heroes some of the best nights The of my life.The tv club , mc gonaggles , the baggot inn ,fucking bray before the Dart ,scrapping with the locals and that fucking student gig malahide was fucking great.spent the whole night walking back home to Rathmines. Then i left and went to Germany for work , never went home again , never forgot the blades though.
